Complaints Policy

If there are any issues with your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! Any issues must be communicated within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will then arrange inspection of the product prior to agreeing a resolution.

Please note the following exceptions to our complaints policy:

  • We will not be liable for products which have not been stored or used in a proper manner
